Dimitrios Stamatiadis is an Attorney-at-Law, member of the Athens Bar and Lecturer in Law at the Faculty of Law of the Democritus University of Thrace. He is graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Democritus University of Thrace, and holds an LL.M (Magister Legum) from the University of Osnabrück (Germany) and a PhD from the same University. He has been a scholar of the ALEXANDER ONASIS FOUNDATION. He has published 2 books, articles and contributions in greek and foreign legal journals. He is member of the International Legal Union Osnabrück, the International Law Association (Greek Branch), the Greek International Private Law Association and the Greek Commercial Law Association. He is collaborator Attorney-at-Law at the National Bank of Greece and he practices law at the greek Courts.
